Juliette SOULAILLE is Honorary Mayor, Vice President of the National Federation of Former Mayors and Deputy Mayors of France, former member of the European Committee of the Regions, President of the Brittany/Europe Delegation in Brussels
At the Committee of the Regions of the European Union, she was rapporteur for two opinions on "decentralized cooperation in the reform of EU development policy" (2005) then on "governance in the European consensus for development " (2007).
Juliette SOULABAILLE was a long-time member of the board of directors of the Association of Mayors of France (AMF) and president of the AMF's "International Affairs and Decentralized Cooperation" working group. Until recently, she was vice-president of the international development NGO Agronomists and Veterinarians Without Borders .
